The importance of recovery?

Here is a topic that most bodybuilders miss the boat on by shear laziness.
However a little goes a long ways.

Be sure to incorporate stretching, hot cold showers, massage and relaxation techniques after every workout. The extra 15 minutes you put in at the end of the workout can make huge differences in your gains. Take that extra time its an investment well worth the effort. :D

in the manuel u said that on the freaky inside club there were more advanced recovery techniques. such as

We will get into those on the insider club.

Many of the topics that we will be covering in the club will involve me going into detailed explanations. In this forum I cannot give you an answer that really explains the advanced techniques or answer your questions in a way that I find acceptable, I don't want to confuse anybody or be misquoted, misunderstood, by anyone as this is all too common when one attempts to explain advanced principles.

Consider the FBN system as Bodybuilding 101.

Once you have mastered the techniques outlined in the Freaky Big Naturally program you will be ready to assimiliate the advanced topics.

You need to walk before you run. The FBN system is a great deal of information to assimilate at first and just by following every detail in the system you are way ahead of the average gym trainee.
