MEAL 1
3 PACKETS OATMEAL(2 REGULAR 1 MAPLE FLAVOR)
2 TBSP ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER
2 CUPS SKIM MILK
1 OUNCE ALMONDS(28 ALMONDS)

MEAL 2
5 EGG WHITES
I ORGANIC YOGURT
1 BANANA

MEAL 3
TUNA OR TURKEY ON 2 SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT
BANANA OR OTHER FRUIT

MEAL 4
FISH,CHICKEN OR ONCE A WEEK MEAT
VEGETABLE
1 CUP BROWN RICE

MEAL 5
2 TBSP ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER ON 2 SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT
1 CUP OF SKIM MILK

MEAL 6
1/2 CUP FAT FREE COTTAGE CHEESEANY KIND OF FRUIT

I ALSO DRINK A LITTLE LESS THAN 4 LITERS OF FILTERED WATER A DAY W/ HALF A LEMON SQUEZZED IN THE WATER.

I TRY TO EAT ORGANIC FOODS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

I STARTED YOUR PROGRAM ON MARCH 25,2005 WEIGHING 165.
I NOW WEIGH 173 AS OF 6/7/05.
I COULD DEFINETLY SEE A DIFFERENCE IN MY MUSCLE TONE.
THE ONLY SUPPLEMENT I TOOK WAS MICELLEAN VPX FOR 1 MONTH.
I HEARD THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE BETTER BRANDS OF WEIGHT GAIN.
I STOPPED TAKING IT, BECAUSE I AM WAITING FOR YOUR SUPPLEMENTS TO COME OUT. HOPEFULLY THAT WILL BE SOON, BECAUSE I AM AXIOUS TO GET STARTED ON THEM. I JUST ORDERED YOUR VIDEO AND I AM REALLY EXCITED TO SEE IT. I AM A NYC FIREMAN AND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME TO BE IN SHAPE. I APPRECIATE WHAT YOU ARE DOING FOR ALL OF US. I'VE BEEN FOLLOWING THE 4 DAY A WEEK WORKOUT PROGRAM AND I AM ALMOST DONE WITH THE 12 WEK CYCLE. I ALSO DO 30 MINUTES OF SPEED WALKING 4 DAYS A WEEK. I WILL START THE 5 DAY AFTER TAKING 1 WEEK OFF LIKE YOU SUGGESTED IN THE MANUAL. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS DIET IS GOOD ENOUGH. AS OF NOW MY GOAL IS TO REACH 190.

Frank,

The diet is good. Although I would suggest switching to regular oatmeal and using real maple syrup. The package stuff has a lot of nasty fillers and additives that your body is better off without.

As you get larger add a few more carbs in the form of fruit.
