hey wade, i was wondering iif you could reccomend the best type of fish (swordfish, salmon, trout, etc...)

Yes any wild fish is better then farmed. All the ones you have mentioned are just fine. Best way is to have them raw like sushi, grilled, baked or steamed

Nick,

Some fish you buy at in stores is farmed, particullary salmon. Farmed fish is grown unnaturally and fed all sorts of nasty staff.

Most of the time if it is wild it will say so on the lable.
