Diet plan

Hi Wade, what do you think of my diet.

Meal 1:
2 cups of oatmeal
2 eggs and 4 egg whites

Meal 2:
2 pieces of fruit
2 slices of Wholemeal bread with organic peanut butter

Meal 3:
2 cups of white rice
1/2 cup of peas
can of tuna

Meal 4:
2 cups of white rice
1/2 cups peas
can of tuna


Meal 5:
Hemp protein shake
hemp oil
piece of fruit

Meal 6:
2 cups of rice
can of salmon

I'm currently 16 stone at about 18% BF, i can see the changes in my body already and im only in week 3 of the five day routine. I just do the five day from monday to friday because ive missed the workout the last two saturdays. I take a digestive enzyme every meal, i currently can't afford your mass zymes but if i could i'd buy them, what should i change about my diet?, i'd like to lose more fat, (especially from my pecs) is there anything i could do ie: press ups etc.
