2013 is here and I showed up 15lbs heavier
than when I went to NB for the holidays.
That’s right my good buddy Matt and I slammed
around some serious weights to go with our
seasonal celebrations and although we packed
on some serious muscle we also added a fair
amount of good old fashion lard.
Yep, lipids to the waistline,
cheese to the dumplings,
extra puff to the muffin top. LOL
Okay you get the idea.
Anyways, if you’re anything like me, you
may have added a few pounds during the
Well I have some GREAT NEWS!
You can lose it all and more
in no time.
Oh yes, and you can eat chocolate everyday.
Yep – it’s TRUE.
BUT you have to follow these guidelines
I won’t get into the scientific mumbo jumbo as to
why this works, how we designed it etc.
But I will say every single person who follows
this exact regime loses lard – FAST.
Here’s what I am doing exactly:
First and foremost I am hitting the gym
6 days per week and the Cellerciser daily.
For those who are less ambitious, 3 weight
workouts, or yoga classes a week will suffice.
The big results are in hitting the diet properly.
And to be successful in removing the holiday
sludge from the colon, follow this carb cutting
belly busting routine for taking the extra MASS
out of Christmas.
• 1 Banana
• 250 ml of coconut water
• 2-4 scoops of protein breakthrough
• Large Rainbow Salad: that is as many colors
tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers,
carrots, beets, celery, kale, spinach, leaf
lettuce, radish, peas, beans, etc.
My favorite choice is to just go to the local
whole foods salad bar and load up a big boy
bowl of salad.
NOTE: Stay away from the cooked, fried, or oily
options. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and balsamic
Enjoy a bottle of Kombucha with this meal.
• 1 pear
• 250 ml coconut water
• 2-4 scoops of hemp protein
• Some fresh cut veggies like celery, carrots, with a bit of avocado dip or
some 6-12 pieces of sushi roll, (avocado is the best) or palm-sized piece of tuna tanaki, salmon sashimi and a small bowl of rice.

To figure out your protein size serving,
use 1 scoop per 50lbs of bodyweight per
serving. So for me, I am 200lbs… that
means 4 scoops. For a 100lb female 2 scoops.

NOTE: if you’re over 200lbs don’t take more
than 4 scoops per meal… It’s just a waste
as you won’t absorb the food.
Drink 4-8 litres of water a day,
(preferably Kangen water for best results).

for a minimum of 15 minutes per day,
and an hour if you can.
Break it up into several smaller sessions
if you can. And you will be blown away
as to how quick you will be able to get in shape.
