Aim Of A Body Building Program

The aim of a bodybuilding program is to follow a prescribed program to build and tone the muscles of the body so each one is in optimum shape. Bodybuilders work by lifting weights and eating nutritionally appropriate foods to develop the muscles of the body. Many around the world work toward this goal. Some of these people engage in strenuous programs to develop their muscles and then participate in contests. The bodybuilders appear in front of a panel of judges who assess their success in comparison to the others in the contest.
