Forgot about the toast,

Use a whole grain toast rye or pumpernickel is the best and sugar free jam or organic peanut butter for toppings.

Can we use honey and cinnamon on toast? I know it's sucrose, but I read an article a few days ago on how good honey and cinnamon paste is, and how many benefits it provides.
Would love to know your view on it.
