post workout activity

after i workout i like to relax by doing a kind of kata with my swords and pratice my movement and striking accuracy for a bout 15 to 30 min. is this too much activity after an intense workout ?should i move these sessions to a different day? or does this fall into the arobic relaxation catagory?sorry for the weird nature of the question and any spelling error
