Here is something easy, alkaline and will help you pack on mass.

What you need:

Persian dates
Organicnut butter - raw almond or cashew

Slice the dates, pitt them, stuff with your favourite raw nut butter - serve.
Yammy!

Note : you can use Medjool dates as well, but they are more meaty and not as moist as persian ones. Any persian/ iranian store would have them as they are in season right now.

*Never use dates that been processed in sugar or sulfated[/u]

Yep,

This one one of my favorites. It tastes so good its hard to believe that it's good for your.

Dates and figs and unsulfured raises as well as nuts particularly almonds are excellent foods that are easy to carry around with you when your on the go.

These foods are much bettter than bars or junk food.

Try them with raw butters and woohoo you see how eating healthy is so fun and tasty!
