HEY WADE. I SAW THAT YOU SENT ONE OF THE BOARD MEMBERS(ZACH WAGNER) A DIET THAT YOU FOLLOW. DO YOU FOLLOW THAT SAME DIET 7 DAYS A WEEK?

THIS IS MY DIET..........
MEAL 1
3 PACKETS OF OATMEAL(2 REGULAR 1 MAPLE BROWN SUGAR)
28 ALMONDS
2 CUPS SKIM MILK
2 TBSP PEANUT BUTTER

MEAL 2
5 EGG WHITES(ORGANIC)
1 BANANA
1 LOWFAT YOGURT

MEAL 3
CHICKEN OR FISH

MEAL 4
FRUIT, ORGANIC GRANOLA BAR, NATURAL TRAIL MIX

MEAL 5
1 PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH ON WHEAT BREAD W/ 1 CUP OF SKIM MILK

* IS THIS A GOOD ENOUGH DIET TO FOLLOW 7 DAYS A WEEK.*
* I AM NOT TAKING ANY SUPPLEMENTS AT THIS TIME. I AM WAITING FOR YOUR SUPPLEMENTS TO COME OUT.*
*I AM ALSO CURRENTLY DOING THE 4 DAY A WEEK WORK OUT AND WILL SOON BE STARTING THE 5 DAY A WEEK WORKOUT.*

This is section for recipes, so please post in a appropiete section, wich is one up from here. Thanks in advance.

I also invite anyone to ask questions about recipes and cooking methods as well as post their own tasty ways of cooking healthy food.
