Get ‘Freaky’ Big Naturally

Anyways, suddenly I am planning out my biggest challenge of my competitive bodybuilding career…

As you can imagine I am putting all the pieces together and I am looking to make the best progress in my entire training career which now spands 20 years… Wow!!!

I will give you guys the details in the very near future about what the training, the diet, and the program looks like as I embark upon the Road to the Natural Mr. Olympia.

ALL ABOARD!!!

Every now then something happens that make you sit back and wonder what do we really know.

This weekend a minor miracle occurred as I won two divisions at the INBA Canadian Championships. What makes the accomplishment miraculous is the reality that I only prepared formerly for a little over two weeks.

Yes it’s true that I have been following my Muscle Master Training Regimen > www.MuscleMastery.com too win a major competition in such short order is unheard of, in fact had it not occurred to me I would not have believed it myself.

Yet it deed and now I am going to be able to put my body, my system, and heart to the ultimate test against the World’s best at the Natural Mr. Olympia which is to be held on November 25th, in Greece.

I will be discussing my plans and my training with all of the insiders on Muscle Master Insider as I prepare for the Natural Olympia and I hope a few of you will join in on the training, the dieting and most of all the fun!!!

I’ll be keeping you posted on the preps so stay tuned!!!

It’s funny how every body has an opinion on everything but few know the truth…

A Natural show is coming in my local area and there will be the usual crowd pumping, posing, and vying for the Canadian Tittle. It most likely will be a great event with lots of audience members cheering on the competitors.

What’s interesting is everybody will come out of the show pumped to the max and planning on competing the next year or at least getting in the best shape possible. Yet few will do it.

I have witnessed this at every single show I have attended for the last 15 years or so and I suspect it will be the same at this one.

Despite the fact that most of the people will not compete you can bet that there will be a handful of members in the audience that will be inspired by someone on that state. The effect will be enough to put them over the top and go all the way to compete.

The question is… What is the difference between the two members?

I’ll tell you what I think but I would like to hear what you think.

Another Saturday has rolled in and I am reviewing my journal as to the Muscle Mastery workout that I am going to perform. While sipping my protein drink and looking out the window at the sprawl of the 2010 Olympic site I can’t help but reflect on all the time, effort, and money involved in high performance sports. It’s quite remarkable yet leads one to the question of why go to all the bother.

After a bit of reflection it occurred to me that for most people many of the events of there lives are completely out of there control. In fact almost all of them. Sports offer an self development option that the human psyche craves. The art of improvement, self-development, and self-control.

Bodybuilding epitomizes these principles as the effort required to build a truly outstanding physique is as monumental as it is to build the skyscrapers being constructed before my eyes. Yet none of these skyscrapers will be able to repair themselves, move, think, feel, hear, see, much less contemplate it’s own existence. Curiously, building one’s body involves all of the the processes involved in building the skyscraper yet it is completely self directed.

As I pick up my journal I smile to myself and give thanks for the ability to pursue this sport. The benefits are a life full of vigorous health, vitality, energy, and a performance parameter few can even dream of. So as you head out to the gym today give thanks for the ability to build your own skyscraper of muscle and cherish every rep of every set. Pay close attention to each detail of building your body as would the engineers and workers who build these massive buildings.

It is this attention to detail that will truly bring home the Gold Medal of satisfaction whether your a 300 pound monster or a 135 pound beginner the process is the same and can be just as satisfying. Seize the day!!!

Biofeedback: Well today is the pig out day on all the foods that I considered during the dieting phase… NO holds barred as the depletion from the weeks allows for supercompensation today. Tomorrow I will be up 4-6 pounds but I’ll be lower than my weight yesterday by the end of the week. That’s how the cycle diet works.

Many people are surprised when I throw down all the foods like this on a high calorie day and they can’t figure out how I stay lean, but it’s all about timing, discipline, and enjoying oneself. I don’t eat like this regularly but when I do I don’t feel guilty, I enjoy every bite and then the next day I am back to my routine… Usually very happy to do so as well LOL!!!!

Biofeedback: Terrific workout. Muscles were quite soft though today from the low calorie regimen. I managed to drop significant body fat during the 3 weeks. I’ll do the measurements tomorrow.
